As we kick off 2026, I’ll start by saying thank you. Thank you for trusting us with your European car projects, for the feedback you've shared, and for being part of this community. Every order you placed, every call to our Service Team, every comment you left, and every conversation we had in 2025 taught us something, and we listened.
Looking back at 2025, we learned a lot about where we were getting it right for the customer and where we could optimize. We took a good look at every moment where we either nailed the experience or fell short of expectations. That honest assessment helped us identify several key areas where we could improve. As a result, we reduced errors and damages by over 30 percent and grew our service team with strong automotive technical specialist. We also laid the groundwork for faster fulfillment by expanding shipping operations to seven days a week.
There’s still meaningful work ahead, so here’s what we’re committing to in 2026. These aren’t just goals on a whiteboard. They’re promises we’re holding ourselves to because FCP Euro customers deserve the absolute best resource for European car ownership.
Expanded Customer Service
Let's face it: working on your car doesn't happen only during business hours. We're expanding our live customer service support to 6:00pm PST and adding Saturday to our schedule. Whether you're wrenching on a weeknight or tackling a weekend project, we're here to help.
We're also meeting you where you are. You can now reach our team through Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, because sometimes the fastest way to get help is right there in your feed. Reaching out through one of those platforms will connect you to one of our experts ready to support you as needed.
Delivering More Perfect Orders, Faster
We created a scoring system we call "Perfect Orders," a measure of how often we deliver a faultless experience from the moment you click "order" to when the parts arrive at your door. Using this system and assessing our prior performance influenced changes that led to a 31% reduction in errors and damages last year.
We've also expanded our shipping operations to seven days a week, coming into 2026. That means your parts leave our doors faster and arrive at yours faster, weekdays and weekends. Because we know when you're ready to get to work, you don't want to wait.
A Better Website Experience
We're modernizing fcpeuro.com to deliver a faster, more personalized, and more reliable shopping experience. Throughout 2026 and beyond, you'll see upgrades to the site design and flow, improved search functionality, better part-finding tools, and expanded product recommendations.
We're also weaving our DIY content into your shopping experience. When you're looking at a part, you'll have easier access to the guides and videos that help you install it with confidence.
And when it's finally time to make that purchase, we’re making it easier by adding new payment options throughout the year so you can manage your purchases on your terms.
More DIY Support, More Platforms
Speaking of DIY content, we’ll be releasing more maintenance, service, and repair-related content you can use to service your own vehicles, all for free on our YouTube channel. We have thirteen detailed maintenance video projects on vehicles from five manufacturers lined up for 2026, covering everything from routine maintenance to seriously involved projects across these platforms:
Audi MLB C A6/A7
BMW F1X 5-Series
BMW G05 X5
BMW G8X
BMW/MINI UKL
Mercedes W166/167 ML/GLE-Class
Mercedes W205 C-Class
Porsche 986 Boxster
Porsche 991 911 Carrera
Porsche Macan
Porsche PL72 Cayenne
VW MQB-B Tiguan
VW PQ46 Passat
We want to provide as much as we can for your European vehicle, and that goes beyond just parts. The content and information to help you along your journey, whether that’s before purchase or when it comes time for serving and repair, is just as critical as the physical parts you’ll need, and we’re here to bring that to you.

Optimizing & Growing Our Catalog
We know you rely on us to get the right parts, and that starts with how we develop our catalog. In 2026, we're focusing on making it simpler to find what you need for your vehicle. Our product experts are refining product and kit listings across all platforms and manufacturers every day. Over 99% of the products on our shelves will be optimized by year’s end to provide clear photography, descriptions & fitment information to help your shopping needs.
We're also expanding support to twenty-nine individual platforms this year for models 2022 and newer, up from fourteen in 2025. Whether you're maintaining a classic or a current-model European car, we're committed to supporting you better than ever before.
The Year Ahead
These commitments aren't just about checking boxes; they're about living up to the trust you place in us every time you choose FCP Euro. We're building the resource we'd want if we were in your shoes, and we're far from done.
