FCP Euro Shipping Information
FCP Euro ships 99% of our orders within one business day. Most orders are shipped from our Milford, CT facility but we will also occasionally drop ship from various locations throughout the U.S. to ensure your order arrives within the time frame selected.
With all other orders, the shipping charges vary depending on the weight of your order, where you live in relation to us, as well as how quickly you need your order. Your exact shipping charge and delivery estimate will be determined in the checkout process prior to your order submission.
Tracking Numbers
When your order is ready to ship, a tracking number will be generated and sent to you around 7:00 PM ET Mon-Fri. This is the time in which our carriers pick up orders from our facility. You can always check the status of your order by visiting the "My Account" page.

Transit times listed on the website are estimates and will vary depending on your location as well as the amount of time it will take your government to process the order through customs. In most cases, items shipped around a week to arrive, but can be closer to two to three weeks with some shipping methods.
You will likely be charged a duty (tax) on your order. We do not handle this tax and your local customs agency will charge you the correct amount in accordance with your local laws.
