  • Does FCP Euro offer any discounts?

    We get it: you want to make sure you are getting the best deal before you pull the trigger. Rest assured, we always strive to offer the highest quality parts at the best possible price. That means we rarely have sales or discounts, but when we do, you’ll find them at coupons.fcpeuro.com.

  • Can I use my customer credit online?

    If you have customer credit with FCP Euro, it can be easily applied to your order during checkout. Once you reach the payment screen during the checkout process, there will be an option under your subtotal to add your customer credit to your order total.

    You can also check your balance at all times by going to "My Account" page.

  • What Payment Terms & Methods does FCP Euro Accept?

    FCP Euro accepts AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. FCP Euro also accepts payments via PayPal.

    We require payment at the time of purchase.

  • Do you charge sales tax?

    We're located in Connecticut, so we're required to charge sales tax on orders shipping to customers in Connecticut.

    We also charge sales tax for orders shipping to a state that requires we collect it at the time that the order is placed, which is a recent change in state policies.

    A recent Supreme Court ruling requires out-of-state online retailers to charge sales tax, with California being first to enact the policy and New York being second. Eventually, every state will charge sales tax for out-of-state online purchases.

  • I can't get in to my FCP Euro Account

    If you can't get into your FCP Euro account, just follow these simple steps to get back in.

    It is very important to note that older, FCP Groton accounts did not transfer to FCP Euro. So, if you haven't made an actual FCP Euro account, you will have to create a new one.

    If you do have an existing FCP Euro account and need to reset your Login or Password, first click "Sign In" under the "My Account" drop down.

    Then click "Forgot Password"

    Enter your account email address.

    And click "Reset my password." You will receive an email with a link to reset your password in just a few short minutes. Following that link will allow you to reset your password.

  • How do I know if you have an item in stock?

    In-Stock Products

    Available - In Stock

    Items marked as "In Stock" are physically in our Milford facility, so they're ready to ship when the order is placed. If all items in your order are "In Stock", then your order typically ships by the end of the business day if placed before 2 PM EST.

    It's important to note that not all products marked "Available" are physically in-stock at our Milford location, though they may be, they may also be nearby at a different supplier's warehouse. Though we do promise that products marked as "Available - Ships within 1 business day" will be shipped within one full business day.

    Other Availability Modes

    We use several availability modes to most accurately identify when products will leave their home facility. You can see more details about these availability modes by clicking "When will this ship" on any product detail page.

    Available - Ships in "x" business days This product is available and will be sourced from one of our suppliers. We receive the item in the time denoted, then we ship it to remain on time with the guaranteed delivery range chosen at checkout.

    Discontinued - No longer available This product has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available.

  • How do I return an item?

  • How do I return my core?

  • Who pays to return my core?

    In the event your item has a core charge you can ship the item with any carrier which is most cost effective for yourself. FCP Euro does not offer return shipping labels for core returns.

  • Does FCP Euro pay for return shipping?

    For most new, warranty, and core returns, FCP Euro does NOT provide return shipping for items being returned to our facility. If an error was made on our end please contact us and we would be happy to look into that for you and provide an electronic return label as needed.

  • What if I buy 5 quarts of oil and burn two? Do I only get refunded for 3 quarts?

    We treat oil and consumables like we do any control arm or strut. We will always give you a credit/refund or replacement for what you send back to us. So, if you ordered 5 quarts of oil last year and burned 2 quarts, we will be able to credit you for the 3 quarts once we get them back here.

  • What is a core charge?

    A “Core Charge” is similar to the deposit you might pay for a can or bottle of soda. In many states, to promote recycling, you are charged a deposit when you purchase a can of soda and you receive your deposit back when you return the empty can. Many automotive parts have Core Charges that work the same way as a soda can deposit. The most common car parts that include a core charge are alternators, calipers, steering racks, and fuel injectors.

  • How long does it to get my credit/refund after you get my return?

    Once we have received your return back at our Milford location we will process your paperwork the next business day (example: a return received on a Friday will be processed on Monday). Once your paperwork has been processed we immediately issue the credit you are eligible for. If you are receiving a credit card refund please note we make the refund request the same day as the paperwork is processed. That said, it may take your financial institution 2-5 business days to credit your account.

  • What do I do with the old oil?

    Are you taking advantage of our lifetime warranty on your motor oil? All we ask is that you return the oil in a sealed container wrapped in plastic. Preferably in the containers you purchased your new replacement oil in.

  • I ordered from FCP Euro why does the return address list another company?

    FCP Euro strives to ship and deliver all of our orders to our customers in a timely fashion. That being said sometimes in order to assure you receive your order in the time frame your requested we may drop ship your order or parts of your order from an alternate warehouse location closer to you. All these alternate locations are held to the same quality standards as every box that leaves FCP Euro's main facility in CT as well.

  • Who pays to return my core?

  • How do I track my order?

    You just got done placing your order with FCP Euro and now you are looking forward to receiving your package and to start working on your vehicle. You may wonder now, how do I track my package?

    FCP Euro makes it easy to track your order. Once your order has been shipped FCP Euro will email you a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number.

    Sometimes, in order for you to receive your full order in the fastest time frame, we will ship your order from multiple locations. In this instance, we will email you your initial tracking number when the first box is shipped and then shortly after we will email your other tracking numbers for the remainder of the order.

    You can also look under your order history in the "My Account" section for FCPeuro.com and look for your order status. If your order has shipped there should be a tracking number listed as well.

    All of the carriers we use provide tracking numbers that can be entered into www.packagetrackr.com to see the status of your package. You can also enter the tracking number into Google or any search engine to take you directly to the carrier's site as well for up to date information.

  • When will I receive my order?

    So you have placed your order and you are already filled with anticipation of your order. We ship the majority of our orders from our Milford, CT location but we do drop-ship from other locations at times to fulfill some orders. Transit times for your order to arrive will mostly depend on your location along with the shipping method you have chosen:

    *Ground: Arrives within 1-5 business days after your order ships

    *USPS Priority: Arrives within 2-4 business days after your order ships

    *2 day delivery: Arrives 2 business days after your order has shipped

    *1 day delivery: Arrives 1 business day after your order has shipped

    *Economy Shipping: Arrives within 7-10 business days after your order has shipped

    *Note: FCP Euro does not process/ship orders on the weekend, also orders placed after 2PM ET will be processed the following business day.

    *Lead times: Some items will have a lead time noted on the product page. These items cannot ship the same day and the shipping method you choose will apply after the lead time has passed and the order is shipped.

  • Why was I charged for shipping?

    So you placed an order shipping to the contiguous US and its over $49. You get your receipt and it shows a $9.99 charge for shipping. Not to worry. FCP Euro offers you your choice of shipping at our shipping selection page but will always default to our best value shipping method, Ground. This method will always have your order to you within 1-5 business days from the date of shipment. If you would like to switch to free shipping just contact us ASAP and we can change to economy shipping which typically has a delivery time within 7-10 business days.

    *Remember FCP Euro does not process/ship orders on the weekend, also orders placed after 2PM est will be processed the following business day

  • What International Carriers does FCP Euro Offer?

    FCP Euro now offers a variety of shipping carriers for our international customers.

    We offer international shipping via the following carriers:

    • UPS
    • FedEx
    • USPS

    All rates are determined by package weight, size, and destination and they do not include taxes or duties. Transit times are determined by individual carriers.

  • Do you guys ship on the weekend?

    FCP Euro does have staff working in the warehouse on Saturdays to pick and pack orders. Any orders placed later in the day on Saturday or placed on Sunday will be processed the following Monday (except if Monday is a Holiday, in which case we'll process orders on the next business day).

  • When will my order ship?

    Most orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day (Monday - Friday) will ship that day from FCP Euro. Orders placed after that 2 PM ET deadline will likely ship the next day. There are some exceptions to that. There are items listed on our site that will tell you the time it will take to ship.

    Most items read:

    • Available - Ships within 1 business day (These products are available and will ship within one business day.)

    However, some items may read:

    • Available - Ships from Texas: This product is available and will be shipped from one of our suppliers in Texas.
    • Available - Ships from California: This product is available and will be shipped from one of our suppliers in California.
    • Available - Ships in 1 day: This product is available and will be sourced from one of our suppliers. It may take up to one extra business day before it ships.
    • Available - Ships in 2 days: This product is available and will be sourced from one of our suppliers. It may take up to two extra business days before it ships.
    • Available - Ships in 3 days: This product is available and will be sourced from one of our suppliers. It may take up to three extra business days before it ships.
    • Available - Ships from manufacturer: This product is available and will be shipped directly from the manufacturer to you.
    • Available - Ships from Florida: This product is available and will be shipped from one of our suppliers in Florida.
    • Temporarily Unavailable - Temporarily Unavailable: This product is currently unavailable. ETA will vary, but we will update this page when the product is available for purchase again. Occasionally products in this group do not become available for purchase again.
    • Discontinued - No longer available: This product has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available.
    • Available - Ships in 2-3 weeks: This product is available but will be sourced from one of our suppliers in Europe, it will take 2-3 weeks to ship.
    • Not Available - This product is not available for sale: Products marked Not Available are permanently not available for sale by FCP.
  • How can I get a shipping quote?

    FCP Euro allows you to get an accurate, fast, and easy shipping quote before you begin to check out. Simply add items to your cart that you would like to order, then click on the cart icon in the top right-hand corner of your page.

    Directly below your cart summary, there is an "Estimate Shipping Cost" box. Just input the location in which you would like your order shipped and click "quote". It will then generate the cost of shipping you will incur at checkout.

  • What's the Difference Between Genuine, OE, OEM, aftermarket?

    We identify what we call "Quality Level" on all products on our website. You can see the quality level of any product by visiting the product page, and viewing the "Details" section:

    We define the different quality levels as the following:

    Genuine

    This is a product that we have sourced from the local dealer network and is the same part that the dealership would offer you to install on your car today. This part will come branded by the vehicle manufacturer (BMW, Volvo, Audi, etc.) and often at a premium cost. In nearly every instance the part inside the box will have been manufactured by one of their approved OE Suppliers such as Bosch, Hella, Mann, Lemforder, or many others. Genuine parts from FCP will be sourced from a dealer and in the car manufacturer’s packaging.

    OE

    This is the original part used by the vehicle manufacturer on the car when it left the factory and FCP recommends OE replacement as one of the best options for quality and price. The vehicle manufacturers (BMW, Volvo, etc.) do not manufacture many products themselves but rather they contract their Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s) to do so. The products that we list as OE are guaranteed to be the exact same part that was on your car when it left the assembly line. In some cases, they are even better quality than what is currently available in Genuine because over time some Genuine contracts get changed to save money. All of these parts will be stamped with the OEM’s brand name such as Bosch, Hella, or Lemforder but due to contractual agreements, the vehicle manufacturer’s logo cannot be on the product and may be removed from the part.

    OEM

    OEM parts are produced by a manufacturer that meets the high-quality standards and produces at least one part for a vehicle manufacturer. FCP recommends OEM replacement as one of the best options for quality and price. Typically all OEM manufacturers adhere to stringent quality control and are known to be exceptional quality. FCP has completed decades of research and we are very stringent with the term “OEM”, rest assured that every product that we list as OEM will be of equal quality to that of OE or Genuine parts we sell.

    Aftermarket

    Aftermarket parts are produced by a manufacturer that has not been contracted to produce parts for a car’s assembly line. These products have been reproduced to meet original product specifications. FCP has stringent controls on quality and every product that we have available for sale and the aftermarket parts that we have listed are high-quality and affordable replacements for a more expensive Genuine, OE, or OEM option.

    Performance

    Performance parts are upgrades over the parts that were originally installed on your vehicle. They are designed to enhance the feel, look, or durability of your vehicle. Performance products are designed to modify the originally intended function of your vehicle.

  • How do I know if a part will fit my car?

    At FCP Euro we update our catalog daily in an effort to provide the most accurate fitment information possible. When shopping for parts, please use our vehicle selector from the home page. Once you have selected your vehicle, you will be able to filter parts specific to your vehicle.

    Additionally, on each product page, we have a tab for fitment information. By clicking on this tab, you can scroll and verify the part you are about to add to your cart indeed fits your vehicle.

    Furthermore, if you have a vehicle added to our vehicle selector and you are viewing a product page, you'll see fitment information below the "add to cart" button. If an item fits your car it will display "It Fits, Guaranteed". If an item requires additional fitment verification for your vehicle it will read "Check fitment Guide". If an item does not fit your vehicle a message will display "This Part Does Not Fit".

  • My part doesn't have a fitment guide.

    We list over 100,000 SKUS on our site and we are updating them daily. Some items have been uploaded and the fitment guides have not been filled out yet. To be sure a part fits your car please email us via service@fcpeuro.com.
