A: If you need to return anything, just use our easy-to-follow online returns process. After that, you have two options:

    Option 1 - Purchase a new part from us and pay in advance, we'll ship it out immediately (same part number, same brand, same lifetime replacement guarantee), then issue a refund once your old part is received.

    Option 2 - Send the part back to us and we'll mail you a replacement (same part number, same brand, same lifetime replacement guarantee) as soon as we receive your old part.
