As 2025 comes to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect on what turned out to be our biggest year yet. None of this would have been possible without you. Hundreds of thousands of customers, both new and loyal, trusted us to keep their European cars running with quality parts. Before we dive into 2026, we want to share what we accomplished together this past year.
The Parts You Needed
The parts catalog is the heart of everything we do at FCP Euro. We're here to provide the highest quality auto parts, backed by our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee, for all your European automotive needs. This year, we made huge strides in growing our catalog team. We brought on seven new team members, growing the total to 22. These aren't just employees. They're passionate enthusiasts who work on cars in their own time, and they bring real expertise from dealerships and independent shops.
Their knowledge has transformed our catalog. We added 16,189 new products and created 2.7 million new vehicle fitments this year. That's the most we've ever done in a single year. We also tackled a big gap by adding coverage for 2022 and newer vehicles, which were missing many of their parts and products before. The team optimized over 65,000 SKUs with better images, descriptions, fitment information, and OE numbers. That brings our total optimized SKUs to more than 202,000.
We now support new makes, models, and years that weren't in our catalog before. We completed 17 end-to-end buildouts and added full DIY and content support for 8 platforms. Some fun stats: 2011 turned out to be our most popular fitment year, and the oldest vehicle we support is a 1950 Porsche 356. Your most popular product this year was Liqui Moly 5W-40 Motor Oil.

The work doesn't stop here. Our catalog team is constantly adding new products, refining product pages, and working with partners to keep popular parts in stock and fix any issues that come up. You can expect even more products and fitments in the coming year.

The Content You Loved
Both our blog and YouTube reached all-time peaks in 2025. We published 101 blog articles and 139 YouTube videos. Each piece was created with you in mind, whether you're a casual reader or a hardcore DIYer.
You spent over 1,150,165 hours watching our DIY videos and guides, and tens of thousands of you spent time on our DIY blog, reading the content we've built over the years.

Much of this was made possible by the people we added to the content team. You've probably seen Rusty and Cole on screen in all of this year's DIY content. Behind the cameras, we have a talented team whose insights have created new processes that make our content better and more accurate. The team even spent over a month transforming our Motorsports garage into FCP Euro Studios. It's now better equipped to create the informative guides you've come to rely on.
Looking at the numbers, a few pieces of content stood out. Your most-viewed YouTube video was "BMW B58 Engine: Everything You Need To Know."
Your most-viewed DIY was our ZF 8-Speed Transmission Oil Change.
And your most-read blog article was our ZF 8-Speed Transmission Guide covering the 8HP45 specs, common problems, diagnostics, and maintenance. We also published 19 Owner's Guides this year to help you understand your specific vehicle better.
Customers Served
None of this would be possible without you. You're the reason we do what we do. We're proud to work every day to bring you the support we believe is possible as the go-to European auto parts supplier. This past year, you pushed us to hit numbers we've never seen before. We want to share them with you because they show just how much your trust means to us.
We shipped 1.6 million orders in 2025. Our customer service team handled 410,000 inquiries and took 190,000 phone calls. Our technical service team tackled 135,000 technical questions. To keep up with your needs, we added 40 new agents to our customer experience team.
Our top five customer regions in the US were California, New York, Florida, Connecticut, and Texas. And the cars you fixed most often? We saw patterns across thousands of repairs, showing which European vehicles you're keeping on the road.

Community and Connection
Beyond parts and content, we got to meet over 150,000 enthusiasts at 31 events throughout the year. These moments remind us why we love this community. Seeing you at shows, track days, and meetups keeps us motivated to do better.

Thank you for making 2025 so special. We're grateful for your trust, your passion, and your commitment to keeping these amazing cars running. Here's to doing it all again in 2026.
