Rebuilt GDI injector from GBR, each injector is thoroughly inspected before undergoing the rebuild process, the piezo stack undergoes a regeneration process to return it to original dimensions and performance, an updated internal filter is installed, includes new decoupling element and fuel injector seal

All-new turbocharged BMW engines use a direct fuel injection system that directly injects fuel into the combustion chamber. This differs from a port injection system which injects fuel into the intake side of the engine through the intake manifold. Direct injection fuel systems operate at a significantly higher pressure than a conventional port injection fuel system. Due to the design, the engine really relies heavily on a properly operating fuel system. If your BMW is suffering from misfires or has a rough idle it can be due to faulty fuel injectors.

BMW has redesigned this fuel injector numerous times to address failure points. This injector is the most recent design. Due to this redesign, it is absolutely vital to inspect the index number on your existing fuel injectors. The index number can be found on the head of the injector after the BMW part number. An example of this is 13538616079-11 where "11" is the index number. Injectors with index 10 and lower have a different calibration and construction than injectors with an index of 11 or higher. Due to this difference injectors with 10 or lower cannot be mixed with injectors of 11 or higher and should not be installed in the same cylinder bank. FCP highly recommends replacing all fuel injectors at the same time on modified vehicles for the best performance.

Note: When installing new injectors a calibration must be carried out. The adjustment value must be read off the injector before installation and noted. This adjustment value will be needed later on when the calibration is carried out. The injector has a protective cap on the tip of the injector which keeps the tip clean from contaminants and keeps the Viton seal compressed. Leave this cap in place just prior to installation as the seal will expand making installation impossible without the special dies to compress the seal.

Core return information: FCP Euro can only accept index 11 and 12 cores for the R&R process. Index 10 or lower cores will not be accepted for core return/refund.

Recommended - Fuel System Cleaner by Liqui Moly LM2030. Cleans fuel residues and treats the injector system and components of the fuel system after repairs on the fuel system.

Fuel Injector
I only bought 1 index 12 which is working perfectly. In fact, I just have to thank FCP Euro for all the pieces I bought are of excellent quality.

What. A. Difference. A prayer that these last.
09' e93 335i. Been fighting a couple failing injectors (1 &2 in bank 1) for some time. Finally ponied up the money for three of these remanufactured ones after learning more than I wanted to about injectors and the BMW ones specifically as well as the restoral process. Mine were index 6 (yikes) so no core turn in cash-back for me. (sad trombone). I've come to believe (as I think FCPEuro has) that if you're going to sell remanufactured injectors, GB is about as close to OEM new as you can get. They make the equipment others use to perform the same service. Soooo... yeah. But I don't care, truly. Why? Because so far the result has been staggering. The car is just silky smooth on the powerband now, response is phenomenal and it feels basically factory new. Truly wish I'd bought these earlier, and I will be buying three more to replace the remaining Index 6 units in bank 2. So my review is not "Would buy again" but "AM buying again". Having said that, it's early days. I'll have to bump this in six months and a year and see where I am.

My 2008 535xi n54 started vibrating n running rough, then misfiring here n there, switched out my index 11 cyl1 injector with this index 12 and been smooth so far.

False advertising
Purchased 6 index 12 (as the description of the item states) and received 3 11s and 3 12s. This is disappointing and rather annoying. I have a few leaky injectors and all of them are 12s. So now I have to down grade one bank? Either be truthful in the advertising or make it right.

Remanufactured injectors
09 BMW 335i convertible with only 63,000 miles after my original injectors failed I went ahead and purchased these remanufactured injectors install them and coded them with ProTool software for BMW . It’s the easiest and best software out there today for BMW. Nothing compare ! I’ve only done 500 miles on these injectors remanufactured and it has performed flawlessly the shipping time was perfect on the lifetime warranty by FCP cannot be beat !

I've been sent one wrong Injector mixed up with the correct ones
I ordered all 6 Index 12 GB Injectors I'm sure they are a lot better than what I had (index 08) I still need to calibrate the injectors but overall it was worth it. The injectors arrived sooner than i thought One thing that bothered me a a lot was one of the injectors was an index 11 injector all the rest index 12 Which I was disappointed when I checked it as I was installing it. Make sure to check your orders as soon as you received it.

Installed and seems to be running fine , the injector values did change slightly on their own after i coded them but nonetheless it runs pretty good .

Great for the price
Good quality injectors its better to have a core but if you dont they are still a good deal with lifetime warranty too

These should all be index 12s, though there may occasionally be issues with the product shipped form GB, it appears to have been corrected. The core program is active for index 12s on this product, so we can accept your old 12s as cores for these, yes.

Yes, the cores used for remanning at GB are OE cores. GB tests and QA's all of them before getting them out.
