Mercedes C300 Race Car Update - Stripping the Car

What started as a very nice Mercedes Benz C300 6 speed soon became a shell of a luxury car as the small team tore apart the interior recently. One of our objectives was taking the car from good to great, but we quickly realized we needed to take the car from great to is this legal. Mercedes has a slogan, "the best or nothing", and as we stripped down the interior to the bare bones, we changed the aesthetic from the best of luxury performance to the best of an endurance racing legend.

This was the night that the FCP Euro team kickstarted the project, the night we came together to get things rolling, the night we slapped a spoiler on that gremlin and got ready for Road Atlanta, and we can tell you honestly that there's a lot more to come.
