A combination of Finite Element Analysis via advanced 3D simulation, 1,000 miles on a dynamometer and over 300,000km of on-road and track driving is conducted for each and every brake pad range addition.

Since 2008 Zimmermann is offering almost 400 Standard and almost 400 Sports Brake Discs in a coated version named Coat Z.

The Zimmermann Coat-Z brake disc provides a protective coating that prevents rust and corrosion, extended rotor life and improves visual appearance. To improve rust protection during storage and usage, Otto Zimmermann GmbH implements this new Coat-Z technology step by step in its production range. Besides the still optimum function of the brake disc, this coating ensures a consistent attractive appearance.

Zimmermann brake discs are usually made of cast iron (with flake graphite) of different qualities; they correspond to the material used for the original spare parts. Therefore, utilizing such materials (referred to as High Carbon by the competition) has always been a matter of course for Otto Zimmermann.

Is this the small bearing or large bearing for the outer bearing?

Hi, thanks for your question! This kit includes two bearings. The first measures 19mm inner diameter with a 45.24mm outer diameter. The second measure 41mm inner diameter with a 68mm outer diameter.

Does this kit include wheel bearing replacements for both rotors? You only picture bearings for one.
