The hub assembly is responsible for keeping the wheel mounted to your vehicle and to ensure a smooth ride. If you experience a grinding or scraping sound from your wheels hub area, you may need to replace your axle bearing and hub.

07 XC70 no issues
Researched the blazes out of this purchase. In 2020 FAG was the only P2 Volvo hub I could be assured of having bearings that are in no part Chinese. Changing them is difficult enough that you don't want to go cheap and have to do it again.
Amazing part, great quality. Replaced my driver side while doing ball joint, inner tie rod and springs. Didn't;t need any special tool (eg sliding hammer) to get it out. Came out with a single hammer blow from behind. Give your knuckle a good clean/sand and off you go. The bearing is actually made in Slovakia not in Germany as advertised but this is just a comment, I'm quite satisfied. I was even happier to see my passenger side bearing was also a FAG bearing and it was replaced by the previous owner at the local Volvo dealer. Incredible savings on an OE part. While OE and OEM are available, I will never buy a genuine part!
Works and fits like OEM
It is exactly the same part as the genuine part, but without the Volvo logo on it. It much cheaper and still working great after 5 years!
This was such an easy part install and it eliminated the annoying high pitch "whirring" noise.
No issues with install. Took about 2 hours to do both sides. Read that this is the company that makes OEM ones. They worked great!

What set screw fits in this hub?

The rotor/hub set screw for this application is Volvo 30741279. It is the M10x20 disc brake rotor set screw that secures the brake rotor to the hub.
