the old bearings went at 238 000, no noise but started setting off the ABS. Changed the sensors too, just in case, because they were scorn. I have about 1000 miles on these hubs and so far they are quite fine, car rolls smoothly, quietly. My mechanic who installed them said that these are just as good as OE in terms of quality and that I paid a very good price for them. Made in Germany, shouldn't be poor quality. I give them the thumbs up! Thanks FCP!

Foolishly tried SKF, got about 3k miles out of them - Stay away!
They're made in China now, not the company they once were!
Put these in, quality bearings and hubs, made in Germany, if I recall....

Purchased a while ago but just installed Saturday, we had the original Hub Bearing Assembly and original CV halfshaft still w/200k on odometer. We could separate the outer CV splined shaft from the Hub assembly, had to heat it up w/torch and pound on it. In the end we got the Hub Bearing Assembly out of the knuckle but couldn't separate that outer splined CV shaft from inside of hub bearing, so CV Axle was removed w/mangled Hub Bearing Assembly. I was replacing the CV Half Shaft anyway because the outer CV boot split open due to dry rotting over 12 years she's been on the road. 216k on original parts is pretty damn good if you ask me...durability is one of the reasons I've stayed with Volvo. CV joint was still usable at this point, I was planning to keep it and replace outer/inner boots after cleaning the CV joints up nicely then re-greasing w/CV grease.

Used on of these on our 2004 V70R. Had a harsh grinding sound on the driver's front wheel, determined it to be the bearing. Replaced it with this unit... worked like a charm!

I'm convinced these are the same as the Genuine Volvo bearings. I replaced mine while replacing cv axles since it's only the removal of four more bolts to replace these while doing axles. Surprisingly my original bearings still seemed fine after 176k miles. The new bearings do seem slightly smoother.

Really nicely machined and constructed. Eliminated noise and squeaks, nice and smooth now. Very happy with this product and the service from FCP.
