Liqui Moly Valve Clean now available in case of 12 to have plenty on hand to service multiple vehicles.

Valve Clean is an ash-free, self-mixing combination of active agents, formulated according to the latest additive, fuel and engine technologies and specially developed to fulfill the demands of today's engines, fuels and running conditions.

Application

One 150 ml can of Valve Clean treats 20 gal (75l) of gasoline. Minimum fuel filling of 7 gal. is required for optimum product performance.

For best results add Valve Clean to gasoline at least at the oil change interval or at each fuel re-fill.

First Purchase from FCP Euro
I don't have results on the Liqui Moly Valve Clean but I'm sure it will work as designed. What I will point out is that I purchased a case (12 cans) and was charged $6 more than if I bought 12 individual bottles. I brought this to the attention of customer service and received the following reply "We appreciate you pointing this out. It does appear the case of 12 is a bit more expensive than purchasing all 12 individually. I have reached out to our catalog team to ensure this information gets checked and is updated accordingly." No offer to adjust it or give me a $6 credit for my next order. Not a big deal on the $6 but today I received the package. The case (box of 12 cans) was upside down in a larger box and not sealed or taped closed. When I went to lift the case of product out of the larger box it was shipped in, all 12 cans of valve clean came out and were laying on the bottom of the shipping box. Not an awesome experience overall.

Liqui Moly Valve Clean
Have been using this on my 2005 Audi S4 4.2 V8 which loves Carbon Build up. I have to say that I have felt a difference in performance from using this in the gas. Great also for preventative issues. I also use this on my 2003 Audi S6 4.2 V8 Avant.

Yes, however this product is best suited to port-injected platforms.

For N54 E60 535i, will it clean the valves if poured into gas tank?

No. As noted this is best suited for non-direct injected engines. The N54 is a direct injection engine. The only way to clean the intake valves is by walnut blasting or using a solvent to break down the carbon in the port and on the valves (this product can be used as that solvent). We recommend walnut blasting as it's the cleanest/most efficient method. For general fuel system protection, we recommend LM2030 for your application.
