18x3, seals the water pump to the smaller coolant pipe located on the intake side of the engine block

Engine Water Pump O-Ring

Your vehicles engine water pump is responsible for keeping coolant flowing through the engine. As water pumps get old the internal bearing can go bad causing noise and a coolant leak. A good indicator that your water pump is failing is if you see coolant leaking through the water pump "weep hole".

Water pump O-ring
I've had these installed with a new genuine water pump for 11,000 miles now and recently found both O-rings on the front and rear of the water pump to be leaking, after removing them I found both O-rings have gone flat causing the leak. Being that they are only almost exactly a year old since installing and such low milage its a little disheartening.

Quality seal which replaced my old worn one! Goes into the back of the Waterpump and also the black pipe from the reservoir into the Waterpump.

Make sure to get 2
Looks to be a quality o-ring. When you buy/replace a new water pump, the FCP description may say to buy only one of these. I'd recommend buying 2 since there are 2 water pipes that connect to the water pump.
