Pads installed easily with no complication. Paired with EBC USR slotted rotors and they work great. With the stock pads, my wheels would be covered in brake dust after one drive. A week later, almost no brake dust on the wheels still. Highly recommend!
These pads have great braking action and feel compared to stock pads. Recommend Zimmermann drilled rotors to go along with these brake pads.

These brake pads are amazing! i hated how i had to clean my wheels every other day with the original brake pads, i had heard great things about these and i have no regrets, no dust and good stopping power!
Low dust, quiet and great bite. I use these on my daily driver along with slotted rotors and absolutely love them! Not having to clean the wheels after every drive is also a great plus!
Went in perfectly, low dust so far, good grip.
My favorite brake pad.... Very low dust. Make sure you replace rotors along with these pads. They have a slow bite at first, but then they grab like champs!

A standard bedding process for these pads like any other really, moderate braking pressure at incremental speeds will bed the brake pads accordingly.

Do these ceramic brake pads perform as well in snow and/or rain as the original BMW semi-metallic pads? What's the trade-off in performance switching from semi-metallic to these ceramic brake pads? I'd like to replace both front and rear, but concern about brake performance during the winter months.

Ceramic brake pads offer better stopping power, improved pad wear over time, reduced dusting, amongst other positive qualities listed in our "description" tab. However when it comes to cold weather performance, ceramic pads don't tend to perform as well as semi-metallic brake pads do. Semi-metallic remains superior for all weather ranges in that aspect.

My brake pads and rotors appear to be in good shape — only about 20% wear. I would like to swap out these used genuine BMW brake pads with the Akebono low-dust brake pads. Akebono states that their pads “don't cause a lot of wear on the brake rotors.“ Can the used genuine BMW rotors be kept and just swap out the pads? Do you foresee any braking issues if rotors are not replaced at the same time as pads? Thanks!

Generally, we do not recommend swapping pads with used rotors as used rotors generally do not have perfectly even surfaces. This can cause potential brake pad bedding issues and noise. As long as your rotors do not have any radial run-out, grooves on the surface that you can feel with your fingernails, or any other surface anomalies you will likely be okay.
