How It Works
Unhappy with your purchase?
We will accept returns back for a refund within 90 days from the original purchase date. We do not accept installed parts used for diagnostic purposes, one-time repairs (tools, electrical, etc) or items used to service or repair any vehicles other than the original purchaser's. For returns older than 90 days, we will only accept parts as a warranty return, requiring a replacement order to be placed prior to return under FCP Euro’s Lifetime Replacement Guarantee.
Lost or damaged returned merchandise in transit to our facility
FCP Euro is not liable for any lost or damaged returned merchandise in transit to our facility. Package insurance is recommended. FCP Euro is not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages.
You need a returns form
All returns must be accompanied by a fully completed FCP Euro Returns Form. Absolutely no return will be accepted or processed without a fully completed Returns Form. Download the Returns Form here.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please do not use the manufacturer's box as the sole shipping box. Items being returned should be in their manufacturer's box and then placed inside another larger shipping box. In general, the return should be shipped in the same fashion that it arrived to you. Additionally, pre-packaged kits must be returned in their entirety, whereas FCP Euro assembled kits may be returned as individual components.
What parts does this apply to?
Our return policy and Lifetime Replacement Guarantee are non-transferable and only apply to parts you buy from FCP Euro. We inspect all parts upon arrival. If we receive a part that is not ours, we will charge you to ship it back or discard it.
All returns are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt (Monday - Friday).
Please remember to include the fluids you purchased from us in their appropriate bottles. We don't accept empty bottles or fluids/parts that were not purchased from FCP Euro.
