You are now ready to take off the bulb socket that is holding the damaged bulb by pulling it out. Then, push the bulb in carefully while turning it clockwise to remove it. Pull the bulb straight out of the socket and use a clean cloth to pop in the new bulb. Put the socket back into the assembly and put back the trunk trim. The fuse box is situated in the back of the glove compartment.
