Allows for ride height adjustment and adjustable rebound settings

The KW Variant 2 Coilover System is intended for the experienced driver who needs or wants the ability to adjust their vehicle's ride height along with damper rebound settings. Rebound adjustment is done via the adjustment spindle at the piston rod end. Rebound damping affects the pitch and roll of the vehicle, particularly in the low-speed damping range. Variant 2 coilovers are one of the more popular choices for enthusiasts who are looking for an easy-to-adjust coilover system for street or track use.

Range of Lowering:

  • Front: 1.5-2.9"
  • Rear: 1.5-2.9"

NOTE:

  • Front and rear height adjustable by threaded shock bodies
  • Not for vehicles with automatic self-leveling control
  • Automatic leveling control needs to be disabled
  • Hardness adjustment for front axle only in not installed condition possible
  • Front shocks need to be removed from the vehicle for adjustment of stiffness
  • Additional O.E. assembly parts are required for vehicles with self levelling control. (VW/Audi part numbers: damper bearing 8E0512121E, spring base 8E0512149H, bump stop EB0512131Q)
