The radiator support of your Volkswagen has the crucial responsibility of mounting the radiator to the front of your vehicle. It also mounts the A/C condenser, and turbocharger intercoolers on turbocharged vehicles as well. While it serves as such an important piece, it's mounted directly behind the front bumper and can be damaged upon impact should the vehicle become involved in an accident. If you've been in a fender bender we strongly recommend inspecting your vehicle for damage, including the radiator support. A slight crack in the support can become a larger problem should it go unnoticed.
