In this kit we include 8 Qt of Castrol 5W-30 oil that meets the VW 504.00 and 507.00 diesel spec. We also include an OEM oil filter, a crush washer for the drain plug and a new drain plug. When filling this series of engines start with 7 liters and then top off only if necessary.

Symptoms include: dark or dirty oil, unusual engine noises like knocking, increased engine heat, reduced fuel efficiency, smoke from the exhaust, and often on newer models and maintenance warning lights.
