A headlight bulb is the light source within a vehicle’s headlight assembly that illuminates the road ahead, enabling better visibility during nighttime driving and in poor weather conditions. Headlight bulbs come in various types, including halogen, HID (high-intensity discharge), and LED (light-emitting diode), each offering different levels of brightness, longevity, and energy efficiency.

• Dim or Flickering Light: A dim or flickering headlight usually indicates that the bulb is nearing the end of its lifespan or that there is a poor electrical connection
• Headlight Out: When only one headlight fails, it’s typically due to a burnt-out bulb. This is one of the most common signs and is usually straightforward to fix by replacing the faulty bulb
• Complete Failure of Both Headlights: If both headlights stop working, it’s less likely to be a bulb issue and more likely a fuse, relay, or wiring problem
