When performing this service it is a good idea to remove the pre-charging pump to drain the fluid and inspect the screen filter. If the screen/filter is gunked up or dirty we suggest you remove it and clean it. Unfortunately, the screen/filter is not sold separately.

Haldex kit
This was everything one needs to do the haldex service on their 4-motion equipped mk7. Great that it includes the screws, a new screen, and the gaskets too! Highly recommend. 3/30/2026

Great Kit at half the price
I was hesitant to buy this kit as opposed to OEM but needed to cut some costs. This kit works completely fine. O-Rings fit exactly like OEM, all bolts worked fine, screen guard fit perfectly and from what i could tell, the fluid looked, smelled, and dripped at exactly the same speed as the OEM fluid. Definitely recommended for those who don't feel like spending $75 for two OEM o-rings. I have 2000 miles since doing the service with this kit and have no leaks from the Haldex Pump.
