Filter doesn’t fit
Ordered this for my mk6 R and had to reuse my old filter because the filter you receive is too short and incorrect even though they claim it’s correct fitment. Ordered this summer of 2024

Listen to Carl....this is not the right part in this kit
I really wish I'd read Carl's review before ordering this kit. The filter that comes with this kit is actually a Volvo one and will not fit a VW Haldex unit, it is too short and has completely different internals. Do not fit the filter, order the correct part. What is a bit more worrying is that FCP Euro doesn't know the part so you need and in a conversation with their technical support I was surprised they insisted there was no serviceable separate filter other than the one in front of the pump housing (it's a screen filter, not a particulate filter). The part I believe you require is: SKU: VAI-V105000.
