Product Information

Dual-Mass flywheels are designed to reduce engine vibration to improve overall driveability. When the flywheel fails you'll notice a noise coming from the transmission as well as increased NVH (Noise, Vibration, & Harshness). This kit includes everything needed to replace the problematic dual-mass flywheel found on your 2015 Passat TDI with the CVCA engine and a DSG transmission. Included are new one-time use subframe bolts, one-time use transmission mount bolts, lower pendulum mount bolts, new flywheel bolts, a new flywheel, needle bearing, and a new rear main crankshaft seal.

LuK conventional flywheels are dynamically balanced to reduce vibration and improve clutch performance.

All new - never remanufactured - every flywheel component is engineered and built to original-equipment specifications, including the ring gear and dowel pins.
