VW Distributor Clamp - Empi 113905250

Clamp sold without bolt

Part number: 113905250 is a new, unused Aftermarket distributor clamp.

At FCP, we define “Aftermarket” simply as being not the original manufacturer of the part. FCP defines the original manufacturer of the part as “OEM”, or “Original Equipment Manufacturer” which is the company that created and supplied the part to the car manufacturer when it was originally built. The OEM is also the manufacturer of the part for the “Genuine” parts you can purchase from your car dealer.

In the case of Aftermarket, there are several companies manufacturing replacement parts with different levels of quality, but they all designed to fit the given application (just like the original part). Note that there are Aftermarket parts available elsewhere that FCP simply will not offer because they are poor quality and we simply would not use them on our own cars. If you are seeking a value based solution to your repair needs, then Aftermarket at FCP is a viable option because we don’t sell junk and we back our parts with a one year warranty.
