Product Information

The kit was designed as a refresh for the Volkswagen CC with 2.0T, CBFA Engine Code, paired with a DSG transmission. The kit includes new hoses, a thermostat, an expansion tank, a coolant flange, and fresh new engine coolant. Over time, the rubber and plastic material that these components are comprised of can degrade due to the constant temperature change and can lead to coolant leaks. Whether your vehicle leaks or if you're looking for preventative maintenance, this kit includes commonly replaced components all in one bundle.

Cooling System Service Kit

A cooling system service involves checking and replenishing the coolant fluid in a vehicle's engine cooling system, typically including inspecting hoses, belts, the radiator, water pump, and thermostat for leaks, damage, or wear, and replacing the coolant with fresh fluid if necessary; failure symptoms include a rising temperature gauge on the dashboard, visible coolant leaks, steam coming from under the hood, low coolant levels, and a sweet smell near the engine
