VW Comprehensive K04 Turbocharger Upgrade Kit - Borg Warner KIT-02968

NOTE:

• A K04 ECU Upgrade is not included with this purchase as this is a bare bones kit.
• This kit requires an ECU Upgrade in order to function properly.
• We Suggest purchasing an APR Ultralink Tuning Cable which is a portable tuning cable that allows you to flash your vehicle from the comfort of your own home!
• This system also requires other hardware to function properly when using APR software (sold seperately), including: HPFP, Injectors (MS100041 or 06F 906 036 F), Race DP, Intake, Intercooler, transmission software, spark plugs, and factory injectors. This system may require transmission and engine internal upgrades.
• Additional modifications may be needed for installation

This kit includes the K04 turbocharger and all of the necessary hardware needed in order for a complete installation. The kit also comes with a fresh oil change kit using Liqui Moly 5W40 Leichtlauf High Tech Engine Oil and brand new engine coolant. The KO4 flows much more air than the KO3 and will provide a significant increase in horsepower.

The K04 Turbocharger System is a drop in turbo upgrade that dramatically increases power. With this upgrade and appropriate software, expect power similar to a heavily tuned Golf R, S3, TT-S, and other high end vehicles, as the K04 comes standard on those vehicles. Transient response is lightning fast with minimal lag. Power comes on quick, and stays strong through the entire powerband. Best of all, the system is designed as a budget upgrade compared to larger turbocharger systems, and only requires minimal hardware,

This kit is a hardware only kit meaning that it does not include software which is needed in order to run properly.
