Designed specifically to maximize comfort KW V2 Comfort coilovers provide a subtle lowering with adjustable ride height and rebound damping adjustability allowing the handling or the comfort to be individually tailored as desired via the integrated rebound adjustment knobs. KW V2 Comfort coilovers offer the perfect compromise of driving dynamics and ride comfort. With the KW V2 Comfort coilover kit, your comfort-oriented driving pleasure is the focus. That's why our test engineers evaluate the setups on numerous highways and country roads with various road surface types. The KW V2 Comfort coilover kits are suitable for all drivers who want to combine the joy of a decent lowering with driving comfort. With the 16-click adjustable rebound damping (TVR-A-technology), you can tune the KW dampers on the KW V2 Comfort coilover kits to make it more comfortable or sportier. The two-stage, patented TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound - Adjustable) technology enables a small volume of oil to flow through an adjustable, conically shaped, low-speed bypass during low damper speeds, while in the case of higher damper speeds, the main rebound stage valve opens allowing a larger volume of oil to flow. This provides a big improvement in terms of ride comfort without infl uencing the safety-relevant high-speed range. There are 16 precise clicks available for individual settings, so you can choose between more comfort or more body control. The KW V2 Comfort coilovers, made using INOX-LINE stainless steel technology, enables a vehicle-specific lowering within the tested adjustment range of 10 to 40 mm.

Built with paramount attention to detail and using only the highest quality components, the stainless-steel KW V2 Comfort coilover struts are 100 percent corrosion-resistant and have an unlimited lifespan. The dirt-resistant trapezoid-shaped threads and the adjustable composite spring seat mean that the ability to adjust the ride height of the vehicle will not be affected even after many years of driving allowing you to emphasize the sportiness of your vehicle visually.

  • KW suspensions V2 Comfort coilovers are hand-built by our expert team and each given a uniquely individual serial number at our headquarters in Fichtenberg, Germany.
  • Every KW damper is dyno tested to ensure accuracy and preset to our recommended shock settings before being released for delivery.
  • Adjustable rebound damping allows you to influence the ride characteristics. Paired with vehicle-specific spring rates precisely tuned by our engineers, V2 Comfort coilovers allow you to dial in the level of comfort you prefer.
  • TVR-A (Twin Valve Rebound - Adjustable) technology - allows oil to flow passed an adjustable, conical low-speed bypass during slow damper speeds, while at higher speeds, the main rebound stage valve opens for maximum fluid displacement.
  • Composite spring perch made from wear-resistant, friction-optimized polyamide composite encompassing a stainless-steel insert. The polyamide composite prevents oxidation while the stainless-steel insert maximizes strength.
  • Inox-Line Stainless Steel - Truly Permanent Corrosion Resistance. Inox-Line coatings will not wear off while adjusting the suspension making KW coilover struts 100 percent corrosion resistant with an unlimited lifespan.
  • Seamless Ride Height Adjustment - the corrosion resistance of the Inox-line stainless steel and composite perches means easy ride height adjustability to help you dial in your preferred look.
  • Elastomer Bump stop with integrated dust protection system prevents water and dirt particles reaching the piston rod and seals. The highly resilient bump stops act as dynamic load limiters while maintaining ride quality and durability

GLI:

  • Front: 0.0-0.8"
  • Rear: 0.0-0.6"

Jetta:

  • Front: 0.4-1.2"
  • Rear: 0.6-1.4"

NOTE:

  • Height adjustable front and rear axles (front axle threaded strut housings, rear axle adjustable springs + dampers)
  • Only for cars with a clamp diameter of 54,6 mm on the front axle
  • Valving is adjusted by adjustment knobs, rebound is only adjustable if the top of the piston rod is accessible. This will depend on the design of the vehicle.
