In 2014 TRW Automotive was acquired by ZF, a global leader in manufacturing OE (Original Equipment) spare parts for vehicles around the world. They remain as one of the world’s largest automotive suppliers through a combination of aftermarket and OEM (original equipment manufacturer) offerings. Their specialties span from electronics to steering to braking and occupant safety. TRW is OEM to over 40 major vehicle manufacturers, employing over 60,000 worldwide. The result? Chances are TRW parts were used during the manufacture of your car, so why not use TRW replacement parts when they need to be replaced? Stick with an OEM brand you can trust.
