Steering Tie Rod End Kit

The tie rods of your vehicle play a critical role as they're the link between the power steering rack and pinion and the wheel spindle. Tie rod ends contain ball joints that tend to wear out over time due to constant wear and tear. When the ball joints within the tie rod wear out, it allows for play within the wheels which can throw off your alignment and cause uneven tire wear. Its always encouraged to check your tie rod ends for play as well as tires for uneven wear at every service interval. When replacing worn tie rod ends its always recommend to replace them in pairs as well as to perform an alignment.

Restored my front end
The new tie rod kit along with new struts it’s night and day with my V70 now. I guess you get use to deteriorated parts. I also had alignment done. No more clunks and popping. If you have an older P2 chassis this is an easy DIY job and likely needs done at this point in the cars life. In the video he doesn’t show it but to get the new bellows clamp back on you need to drop the belly plastic so good time to knock out oil change at same time.

OEM fit.
Tightened up the steering, more responsive, was paired with b4 touring bilsteins and eibach pro-kit, I know combined they all improved the handling, if your inner or outer tie rods are worn DEFINITELY pick this kit up. Lifetime warranty on both, and lemforder is the way to go when throwing in suspension parts at a p2.

How much torque is needed for the inner tie rod?

The inner tie rod tightening torque is 80nm, and thread sealant is required.
