Product Information

Refresh the suspension system in your P2 XC90 in a big way with this kit, which includes new dampers, control arms, steering components, and all the rubber parts that most commonly wear out and cause a soft and imprecise ride. This is especially helpful for drivers who are towing with their XC90.

This kit is for vehicles with NIVOMAT suspension. If you don't know if you have NIVOMAT shocks in the rear, you can ID them visually by looking for the large shock body and accordion boot. You can also feel free to email us with your VIN and we will make sure you get the right parts for your Volvo.

If you have standard looking straight shocks, then this is the wrong kit, use [KIT-536340]. If you do have NIVOMATs, then use [KIT-536341]

An alignment is required after performing this refresh. The special [Volvo balljoint installation tool] is highly recommended to avoid damaging the steering knuckle. Use a slide hammer to remove the old ball joint.
