Product Information

If you need to replace a radiator on your early T6 XC90, look no further. This complete kit includes a new Nissens radiator, main radiator hoses, stainless clamps, and coolant for a radiator replacement that will stay tight and efficient for years to come.

This kit contains Zerex® G48 coolant, which is OE formulated to Volvo coolant specifications. Color dye is dark blue, and can be mixed with all OE HOAT coolants regardless of color. You can read more about Zerex® coolant and your Volvo [HERE].

Radiator Kit

Your radiator is an integral, and arguably, the most important part of the cooling system. It is designed to expel heat from the coolant via the small fins. Most radiators fail when the end tanks crack causing leaks, but higher mileage radiators which have missing or bent fins often are clogged up with debris which can also cause overheating issues as the radiator cannot expel heat effectively. If your radiator is in rough shape we recommend replacing it. We also highly recommend inspecting/replacing the upper and lower radiator hose at that time.
