Product Information

This kit is ideal for P2 XC90's that need a radiator replacement. It includes a new Nissens aftermarket radiator, along with new radiator hoses, and coolant. Because the radiator hoses on the 3.2 engine include plastic quick disconnects with O-rings, it's a good idea to replace them with new to ensure a snug fit and tight seal.

This kit contains Zerex® G48 coolant, which is OE formulated to Volvo coolant specifications. Color dye is dark blue, and can be mixed with all OE HOAT coolants regardless of color. You can read more about Zerex® coolant and your Volvo [HERE].

Radiator Kit

Your radiator is an integral, and arguably, the most important part of the cooling system. It is designed to expel heat from the coolant via the small fins. Most radiators fail when the end tanks crack causing leaks, but higher mileage radiators which have missing or bent fins often are clogged up with debris which can also cause overheating issues as the radiator cannot expel heat effectively. If your radiator is in rough shape we recommend replacing it. We also highly recommend inspecting/replacing the upper and lower radiator hose at that time.
