Product Information

Replace all the major PCV wear components on the Volvo 5cyl V70 and XC70 with this kit, which features mainly Genuine Volvo components. For a less expensive aftermarket version, please see [V70T7001].

Over time carbon buildup can reduce efficiency of your positive crankcase pressure venting system. Its a good idea to replace all the parts at once to reduce the internal pressures at the bottom of the engine caused by piston blow-by. Engines with a worn out or faulty PCV system will have pressure blowing out of the oil filler cap when running. A good way to test is to place a rubber glove around the opening, if it has enough pressure to inflate the rubber glove, your PCV system should be replaced.

I like your video ,,,but,,, it shows nothing about the tubes with the medal circular connection, the video makes it look like you disconnect a line from the PTC valve , it is woefully incomplete as to where this tubes go

The Metal Tube wraps around the cylinder head where it connects with a few hose clamps.
