Product Information

The best possible quality sealing for oil-tight mating flanges requires a thin and even coat of anaerobic sealant, which requires the lack of air and presence of metal to chemically cure and harden. This means that any sealant that overflows into the assembly won't harden into solid pieces like RTV, which can clog oil passages and pickups.

Volvo dealers exclusively use this gasket roller and sealant when they are assembling engines or drivetrain components in their service center.

This kit was made for the die hards that demand all Genuine Volvo when they are installing valve covers, differential covers, oil pans, and any other assembly that requires a perfect tight seal.

Nice kit
Works as it should and so far no leaks, hopefully I can get more than one use from the roller but time will tell. Could use directions on how to open the dispenser but you just have to pull the cap off. Make sure it’s mixed up good and trim the cap back because it comes out super slow.
