Engine Mount Kit

Engine mounts are designed to keep your engine and transmission supported and fixed to your vehicles frame or sub-frame without causing excessive vibrations that can enter the cabin. Engine mounts keep your drive-train properly aligned and if failed can promote drive train vibrations and premature component wear. Over time, your engine mounts deteriorate resulting in extra engine noise, engine rocking, a less enjoyable driving experience, and thus must be replaced.

Good kit!
Love this kit for my XC60 T6. Only issue is that, well, that upper transmission mount is very very covered. Battery, tray, and more need to come off. Overall though, not too bad of a few hours. Made a night and day difference in NVH for sure. Muuuuch better.

Vibration while idling

Hello, I'm a bit confused about the quality of the parts shown in your photos. They all seem to be scratched, dirty and overall poor quality. Is it just an optical illusion or this is how they come from the manufacturers?

Hi, yes this is a result of the manufacturing process. When you consider the foundries are dealing with a great deal of molten burning rubber, it's inevitable that some pourover or overspray will happen. Because the product is durable, and aesthetics are not factored into the manufacturing process (they are going to get jammed under a dirty engine afterall), the mounts can get knocked around while they go to get packaged and they do not spend extra costly steps to clean the mounts up. The style of rubber is designed for longevity and chemical resistance, it just so happens that it's susceptible to superficial marks because of the material finish and the powder the use to release the rubber from the molds. The quality is top notch, good enough for us to cover it with our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee.

Typically between 75k-100k miles they'll start to show signs of wear on the P3 cars.
