Love them, strong braking, quiet, paired with Pagid pads…No complaints…..
Had warped rotors, replaced them with these. Vibration is gone, wife is happy.
It fits exactly. After two months there is no problem.
I have Zimmermanns on some of my other Volvos but passed on this offering for my wife's XC60. Why? Because I was going to have to go to the dealer to get new bolts for the caliper mounting bracket. I strongly advise anyone who removes their bracket to toss the old bolts, as VIDA warns, since the tightening torque is no kidding 200 Nm (147 ft-lbs!). It's not running the risk of an over-stressed bolt failing. Of course, to change only the pads, you only need to remove the slide rail (guide) pins which are torqued to just 44 ft-lbs.
Since I didn't buy this disc, I can't rate it other than to deduct 1-star for not including replacement bolts like the Genuine Volvo ("Made in Sweden") part does. Genuine Volvo discs are is carried by FCPEuro at a better price than a dealer, making it the prudent choice.
Excellent rotor, as expected from Zimmermann. Fit my XC60 perfectly.
