Volvo Cylinder Head Gasket Kit - Elwis 023954601KT

This comprehensive kit is designed to replace all important wear components, most common failure areas, and seals for the Volvo RNC 5-cylinder turbo engine. We recommend replacing the head gasket with the old oil in the car, and using the oil flush after completion to completely remove any debris or contaminants that may have fallen into the engine while the head was off and apart. Then, change the oil and use the included Ceretec additive for the best possible longevity.

Included are:

• Headgasket
• Head bolts
• Intake and exhaust gaskets
• Camshaft seals
• Valve stem seals
• Fuel injector seals
• Anaerobic sealant for the cam cover
• Turbo line washers and sealing rings
• Turbo-to-cat gasket
• VVT solenoid seals
• Genuine Volvo coolant (concentrated)
• Liqui-moly oil additives
• Synthetic oil change
• Camshaft locking tool

This kit contains Zerex® G48 coolant, which is OE formulated to Volvo coolant specifications. Color dye is dark blue, and can be mixed with all OE HOAT coolants regardless of color. You can read more about Zerex® coolant and your Volvo [HERE].
