A car door hinge is the metal joint mechanism that connects a vehicle’s door to the body frame. It allows the door to pivot open and closed smoothly while maintaining proper alignment. Car doors typically use two hinges per door (upper and lower), designed to handle the weight of the door and repeated daily use.
