Suspension Strut Mount

Strut mounts are a frequent wear component on vehicles with MacPherson suspension systems. These mounts secure the top of the strut to the chassis and serve as a pivot point for steering. Over time, especially with higher mileage, the strut bearing can degrade, leading to a rougher feel and reduced steering performance. Additionally, the rubber in the mount may crack, causing looseness and other issues. To ensure optimal performance and longevity, we recommend replacing the strut mounts whenever installing new strut assemblies.

Mounts worked just fine.

Motor mounts are a must for cars with high miles. Even though the mount may look intact and seem to be working the hydraulic aspect of the mount is typically gone. After doing the motor mounts I can feel the torque of the motor much better. They are a bit tricky to install but not impossible.
