SONAX CutMax is designed to achieve the highest cutting and polishing results without severely damaging the clear coat. Sanded areas up to P1500 can quickly and safely be removed with excellent gloss effect. SONAX CutMax is water-based which offers a long working window and will not dry out like other compounds. It is also dust-free for easy clean up after use. Simply wipe off the polished area. Solvent-free & silicone-free makes it safe for use in body shops and collision centers.

About SONAX

Dating back to as early as 1905, SONAX's brand history started off when the great grandfather of the now owner had extracted siliceous earth which is an extremely fine mineral and was used in many polishes. Just after the war he developed a silver polish and started to market it under the name "Sona". While it was successful it had limited market opportunity so they pursued the idea of creating a car polish to go along with the silver polish. This warranted the name change as you see it today from "Sona" to "Sonax" as the "X" signifies wax which was found in all of their car polishes. Today Sonax is represented in over 80 countries worldwide and continues to specialize in a wide range of products with a responsibility to the environment.

can i use this on softer paint like 2004 911 carrera?

No, I would not recommend on softer paint, a lighter polishing compound would be better of lightly painted surfaces or vehicles with light paint.

My cars clear coat has been peeling off and it's noticeable , with this product and polishing buffer will the product help?

If the clear coat is peeling off it will likely need to be prepped and re-cleared. Cutting compounds can be very aggressive depending on application method. I would highly recommend discussing re-clearing the affected area with a professional, or read up on how to manage damage like this online thoroughly before use. This product alone will not solve your problem.
