This high-performance lubricant stands as a testament to Motul’s commitment to precision and quality. Crafted to comply with Euro 4, 5, and 6 emission regulations, the 8100 X-CLEAN 5W-40 is the perfect match for drivers seeking uncompromising efficiency and power from their vehicles.

Designed with a “Mid SAPS” formulation, this oil boasts reduced levels of sulfated ash, phosphorus, and sulfur, ensuring it seamlessly interacts with catalytic converters (CAT) and Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF). The oil’s superior base oils maintain a high HTHS viscosity, guaranteeing stability even in the harshest conditions. This not only extends regenerating cycles but also curtails oil aging, ultimately contributes to reduced fuel consumption.

8100 X-CLEAN 5W-40 proudly carries approvals from reputable OEMs including RENAULT RN0710 – RN0700 and MERCEDES-BENZ MB-Approval 229.51, reflecting its high caliber and compatibility with prestigious brands. Furthermore, its OEM Performances include BMW LL-04, FIAT 9.55535-S2, 9.55535-T2, 9.55535-GH2, Volkswagen 505 00 505 01, Ford WSS-M2C917-A, MS 12991, and GM dexos2.

This advanced lubricant doesn’t just offer impressive certifications; it delivers tangible benefits. With extended drain intervals in line with manufacturers’ recommendations, it ensures fewer oil changes without compromising performance. 8100 X-CLEAN 5W-40 also contributes to cleaner pistons and rings, all while maintaining compatibility with various seal types. Its formulation has been tailored to cater to a range of engines, including those of HONDA, HYUNDAI, KIA, MITSUBISHI, NISSAN, SSANGYONG, SUZUKI, and more.

Particularly well-suited to engines operating under high pressure, heavy load, and elevated temperatures, this oil guarantees top-notch performance when you need it most.
