Heavy Duty Logic Probe Tester - OTC 3631

Product Information

The diagnostic test probe is a precision tool used with multimeters, oscilloscopes, or scan tools to measure electrical signals and test circuits in automotive systems. It allows technicians to access connectors, terminals, and wiring safely without causing damage, ensuring accurate diagnostics of sensors, modules, and harnesses. Typically featuring insulated handles, sharp metal tips, and durable wiring, diagnostic probes are designed for reliability, safety, and repeated use in demanding service environments.

• Intermittent or inaccurate readings – caused by worn or damaged probe tips.
• Frayed or broken probe wiring – leads to poor conductivity or unsafe operation.
• Loose or poor connector fitment – reduces reliability during electrical testing.
