So do I pour the whole bottle in as soon as the old oil is done draining? I thought it was necessary to buy this while I have leaking injectors, fuel getting in my oil.

This would be used at the point of an oil change, so when you are ready for an oil change you pour the bottle in and flush it out with your old oil after running it in the vehicle at idle for a few minutes. Then you flush out this and the old oil to add your new fluid and filter.
