Product Information

Electronic Spray is a fully synthetic contact spray which is compatible with plastics and formulated for use on vehicle electronic and electrical systems. Electronic Spray contains no silicones or mineral, animal or vegetable based oils.

Areas of application

Used for the care and maintenance (cleaning and protection) of all electrical components on the motor vehicle such as plug and terminal connections, lamp sockets, cable distribution boxes, switch elements, relays, ignition distributors, contact breakers, starters, dynamos/alternators, fuses, battery terminals and antennae and for the lubrication of fine mechanical components.

Application

Spray components with Electronic Spray before installing them. If the contacts are heavily corroded, allow the product to act for longer and rub off corrosion residues with a cloth or brush.

Note: After spraying on, allow a flash-off period of 10 min. before connecting the component to a power supply.

Liqui Moly Electronic Spray
I have a 2014 ML350 with the M276 NA 3.5L engine. Currently 75k miles. From reading forums for other maintenance issues, found that my crankcase position sensor, cam solenoid and ECM were all starting to show varying levels of oil infiltration. I bought the sacrificial pigtails, and used this LM spray on all contacts, on the ECM, and ECM connectors (battery disconnected). This product does a great job of cleaning electrical components. When putting back together, packed pigtails and all non-ECM connectors with dielectric silicone grease, and have had no issues since. I bought 2 more cans to use on my other vehicles. No issues on sensitive electronics - use with confidence.

Amazing product
Had some bad corrosion on my turn signal repeater on my 1996 Volvo 850 wagon after the turn signal housing broke, cleaned up the corrosion nicely

Plastic Safe; It's a Necessity for Workin' On Modern Cars' Electronics!
Better than WD-40. Cleans, lubricates and protects the connectors found all around cars today. I keep a can in each car and one on the shelf. You can't just pop into a local auto parts place and find this!

It works!
My 15 year old Range Rover had some stuff that worked intermittently so I would pull apart the plugs and give them a shot with this stuff. Almost every time it has solved the issue. You can see the corrosion melting away and if it's thick a quick touch with a nylon brush while it's wet does the trick. It also evaporates quickly which is nice.

A must have when working on old connectors!
This product provided peace-of-mind when having to remove & reinstall electrical connectors in the engine bay. You never know how dirty the connectors can be when putting everything back together. A little bit of this on connectors can help with corrosion too.

Not Like Harsh Solvent
Unlike electronics cleaners that function like brake cleaner, this one acts more like aerosol rosin flux. Cleans gently but removes corrosion. Make sure to let it dry.

Great cleaner for BMW ground straps!
This is the best cleaner for those highly inadequate BMW engine and exhaust ground straps. This will lower the votage drop across those corroded ground straps improving current flow to the modules, headlights, amplifier, fuel pump.... All the electrons from the alternator flow thru that puny little ground strap to the body of the car. The electrons flow from your battery to your starter thru that puny little ground strap. This is the cleaner for those ground straps.

AMAZING
This stuff... best value/price out there. I clean everything with this. Followed by dialectric grease for harness connectors (except o2 sensor), noalox paste on grounds and alternator/starter, i do the noalox on isolated isolated connectors like sensors and fuel pump plugins. Car. Outdoor light sockets. Computer contacts. Anywhere that needs some electrical cleaning. Buy it.
