I have purchased many parts from FCP Euro and everything has been great, but do not buy this tool! It was extremely difficult to use on my 03 VW Passat and I had better luck using needle nose pliers and vise grips. The part did not fit very well in the caliper piston so it kept slipping making it difficult to simultaneously turn and apply the pressure needed to retract the piston. If possible, buy or rent a higher quality tool, otherwise needle nose pliers and some light pressure with vise grips or a clamp will work much better than this.
