This manual on legacy Bosch fuel injection systems is the most complete and enlightening treatment I have ever found. Mr. Probst clearly describes the many facets of how the interplay of fuel pressure, air flow, and temperature are measured and balanced in attaining maximum fuel efficiency. While these systems are now antiquated, the engineering involved is described and the wealth of information allows for both the average as well as the advanced mechanic to benefit from the operational and troubleshooting sections.
