BMW Suspension Kit - Koni Special Active 87451014KT

Came here to say exactly what Ronnie said, this kit should come with bump stops and dust boots, could have been done with this today, instead I am waiting for more parts. Most BMW strut/shocks I have done those bump stops are mostly disintegrated or completely missing. My Koni strut boxes were also trashed, and it didn't look like shipping damage from the warehouse to me. It looks like they tried to tape it up to hold the box together. The bottom spring perch on one of the struts was loose in the box and not on the strut. Usually great experiences with FCP's kits, this one wasn't the best.

The Koni Special Active struts and shocks are awesome so far, but the kit is missing 2 main parts, IMO, the strut bump stop and the dust covers for the shocks and struts. The bump stop on the struts are the first thing to wear out due to its constant use and materials it was made with. When I ordered the kit I would assume a kit comes with everything, not almost everything. I would suggest adjusting the parts to add these to the kit. I still need them because the bump stop on my factory struts we’re the only thing needing replaced besides the struts and shocks. Next, the shipping of multiple parts in multiple shipments at different delivery days could be way better. It seems that 3 different arrival times by two different carriers for one order due to whatever reason is very frustrating by causing the customer to wonder where all their parts are and if they have been shorted. When my company puts kits together we put the whole kit in one shipment and however many boxes. I understand some parts are at other warehouses, our company has the same problem but we usually have the parts shipped to one location to put a kit together. I have spent a lot of money with this company and I guess really expected better than this. Very unhappy I still don’t have the bump stops and dust covers. I really don’t want to mix old dirty worn parts with new…. I still recommend this company but this was my worst experience yet. All other orders have been exactly how they were expected to be and received when they were expected. I am 100% happy with the Koni Special Active shocks and struts, warranty and prices, and yes I installed because I had to have my car, but 100% disappointed in the shipment and parts included in the kit so that’s the 50/50 title meaning…
