Product Information

The Engine Variable Valve Timing (VVT) sensor is a crucial engine component that measures the position and speed of the camshafts in a car's engine. It works in conjunction with the engine control unit (ECU) to adjust the timing of the valves for optimal performance and efficiency.

The VVT sensor uses a series of magnets and sensors to detect the magnetic field created by the rotating camshaft.

Good, but not Everything
I was a little disappointed while working on my car under the valve covers for the first time. To find this kit is not all inclusive. For doing eccentric shaft sensors, it doesn't include the seals for the shaft sensors that are mounted to the top of the valve covers. And on top of it, no spark plug tube seals. My car has 200k, the tube seals are junk. Have to order all that separately, and what a price increase that adds. Otherwise I have no problem with the parts provided in the kit.
