Brake rotors and brake pads are one in the same in terms of servicing. If the brake pads and or brake rotors have reached their minimum thickness they must be replaced. It is often easier to replace the brake pads and brake rotors at the same time s it saves time later on and also increases the service life of the brake system. This kit includes Genuine BMW brake rotors and OEM brake pads.

Included with this kit are Genuine BMW brake pad sensors, brake rotor set screws, and brake grease.

Will these fit 2005 e46 M3 that is NOT competition/zcp package?

No, this brake kit will not fit non competition package M3's unless you buy the larger caliper bracket for the front which is p/n 34112282619 and tbe calipers and caliper carriers for the rear.
