Audi VW 2.0T FSI Intake Camshaft Replacement Kit

The 2.0T FSI high pressure fuel pump camshaft follower is a commonly known wear problem. When the camshaft follower is not serviced properly it will burn a hole in the center of it. This will result in the direct injection high pressure fuel pump piston to make contact with the intake camshaft and cause damage. This kit was created to replace your vehicles damaged intake camshaft.

This 2.0T FSI Intake Camshaft Replacement Kit will include the revision J camshaft and all the needed hardware for doing the repair.

This kit is designed for the FSI engine only. Please refer to your engine cover as it will be stamped FSI or the NOT APPLICABLE TFSI.

BPY Intake camshaft
Replace factory camshaft with this after market camshaft kit. Fits perfect and no issues with installation on a 2008 vw passat with 140k. The part was the right price for this high mileage VW passat. I would recommend this part if you don't want to pay dealership prices.

Awesome kit. Quality parts. My camshaft had been damaged by failed cam follower. Hadn't known about this issue until after it happened. I did the repair and the camshaft was exact replacement. My only suggestion to anyone doing this job, If you're replacing the camshaft, you have to take off the camshaft cradle, so there's really no need to remove the tensioner bolt on the exhaust cam, save yourself the headache because you can simply remove chain from the camshaft you're taking out. Other item you may need is to get a new vacuum pump gasket. mine was quite worn out and leaking oil. You'll already have it off. Also FCPEuro was awesome on their delivery time and got me the parts in the delivery window stated.
