If you are experiencing slow crank or no start we recommend you to scan the vehicle for faults first. If faults for timing shows it may be time to replace your timing chains. We recommend you to check base timing, perform cylinder compression, and performed cylinder leak down. If you find low compression or cylinder leak we recommend you to use a bore-scope to check intake & exhaust valves for damage. If the valves are bent you will need to replace them as well.

Kit Incomplete
For those who don't know, you will need additional parts not included in this kit. Parts you will need include replacement timing cover bolts, rear crank seal, rear timing cover seals (3) and both of the air control valve gaskets. You may also want to get a replacement crankcase breather hose assembly and air injection hose assembly. This kit comes with all 4 chains and both the camshaft chain tensioners. This kit does not come with the lower chain tensioner or lower chain guide rails. The bell housing bolts are aluminum and should be replaced as well.
